Key Responsibilities
In the position of Life Enrichment Assistant, your key duties will include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of community activities and events
- Encouraging resident involvement and documenting engagement
- Providing transportation for residents to scheduled outings and activities (ability to drive a bus is a plus!)
- Helping to design and create a festive atmosphere for special occasions
- Supporting weekend, evening, and holiday events as required
- Collaborating with the Life Enrichment Director to deliver engaging programming
We are seeking candidates who possess the following skills:
- A positive and energetic demeanor with a strong desire to work with seniors
- Proficient computer skills for scheduling and documentation purposes
- Ability to operate independently while being a productive team member
- Physical capacity to bend, stand, lift, and walk as necessary (up to 40 lbs.)
- A clean driving record is preferred but not mandatory

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A demonstrated interest in working with seniors, with prior experience preferred but not essential
