Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Representative, based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Representative will focus on providing outstanding pest control services to residential and commercial clients. Daily responsibilities include on-site pest management, communicating with customers to address their concerns and needs, promoting pest control services, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service practices, including on-site client support and pest control operations
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales and promoting solutions that meet customer needs
- Ability to provide effective Training to clients on pest prevention and company services
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety procedures in pest control or similar industries
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for on-site visits
