What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Coach position at Get Fit 4 Kidz?
*Training starts ASAP, and when your ready your on your own.
*Promotes and maintains a fun and positive environment by applying and implementing sports and physical activities for youth.
* Maintain a positive and inviting environment for all participants.
* Provide participants with engaging sports games and ensure all directions are thoroughly explained.
* Provide participants with proper technique when engaging in particular activities (i.e. basketball, dodgeball, soccer, etc.)
* Communicates, fairly and without bias, to all.
* Maintains professionalism at all times.
* Utilizes proper operation of equipment designed for specific activities.
*Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Skills/Qualifications: Internal Communications, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Training , Motivating Others, Coaching, Energy Level, Physical Fitness, Physiological Knowledge, Resolving Conflict
