Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise server infrastructure.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Configure, administer, and support Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
- Coordinate server deployments, upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.
- Troubleshoot server, infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Install, configure, and maintain IIS web servers.
- Build and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support Linux environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu.
- Perform server patching, backup validation, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy, maintain, and support enterprise applications.
- Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop technical documentation and automate routine administrative tasks using industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration, or Network Administration.
- 4 years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022).
- 4 years of hands-on AWS Cloud Administration experience.
- 4 years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise technologies.
- 4 years of networking experience, including TCP/IP, DNS, NTFS permissions, and Samba/CIFS.
- 3 years of IIS Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Linux administration experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu.
- Experience with API Management, IT Service Automation, and Batch Job Services.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation, cloud networking, security best practices, and cybersecurity.
Important Notes:
- Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Administration, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Technologies, IIS, and enterprise infrastructure support.
