We are seeking a strong and professional Dental Office Manager with great front office and billing experience as well.
About the position:
Responsibilities for Dental Office Manager
- Creating and providing invoices for patients.
- Creating payment plans in consultation with patients.
- Processing payments upon the rendering of dental services.
- Preparing and submitting claims for payment by health insurance.
- Informing patients of any co-payments or shortfalls in coverage by their health insurance.
- Liaising with health insurance providers to ascertain patients' benefits, as required.
- Ascertaining why claims have been rejected and implementing corrective measures.
- Updating patients' personal and health insurance details, as needed.
- Ensuring that patient information remains confidential.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a friendly demeanor.
- Provide treatment plans to patients.
- Scheduling appointments and supervise employees.

Qualifications for Dental Office Manager
- 5 years of Dental Office Management
- At least 5 years of dental reception experience
- Prior experience as a Biller in a dental practice.
- Familiarity with CDT and ICD codes is a major plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SoftDent software is a major plus
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
