Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer, located in Chelsea, MI. The Quality Engineer will ensure that all product quality standards are met by conducting quality assessments, performing quality control checks, and implementing quality assurance processes. The role involves overseeing quality management systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Qualifications
- proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Control to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Product Quality to implement and monitor process improvements and product reliability standards
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain a quality system
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and standards is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
