Job Description
The packaging worker ensures that the labels sent to the customer are well bundled and packaged so that the quality of our finished product is not compromised. Performing an inspection of the ready-to-ship goods is also a significant part of the daily duties.
Hours 1st Shift:
From: 6:00 am
To: 2:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the labels based on company quality expectations
- Perform quality inspections.
- Fill out appropriate paperwork accurately.
- Shrink wrap or band the bundles as needed.
- Package the labels and build ready-to-ship pallets
- Perform all duties associated with the department
- Help in the other packaging department based on production needs.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of English
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Able to be on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Proactive, Meticulous, and Autonomous
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with routine
- Great team spirit
- Flexible
