Geskus Studios & Yearbook Publishing is looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team during our fall season.
In this role, you'll help families throughout New England with questions about their school picture day and photo orders. You'll communicate with customers by phone and email, provide clear, helpful support, and play an important role in delivering a positive experience for the families we serve. During peak periods, the team manages a high volume of phone calls and emails while working together to ensure families receive timely, accurate, and helpful support.
*This is a seasonal position. We anticipate retaining one high-performing team member in a year-round Customer Service role.
*This is an in-office position based in Stratham, NH.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist parents and families by phone and email with questions about orders, products, and school picture day
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and reprints
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
- Work collaboratively with other departments to find answers and resolve customer needs
- Provide friendly, professional support in every interaction
What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfort using computers and learning new software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
Position Details
- Seasonal position supporting our busy period through late Fall. We anticipate retaining one high-performing team member in a year-round Customer Service role. Many members of our full-time team began in seasonal positions.
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm . Additional hours may be available during peak periods.
