We are looking for a driven, persistent Sales Development Representative who will take ownership of a territory and generate new business through in-person prospecting. You’ll be walking into schools, introducing our services directly to decision-makers, and building relationships face-to-face.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities
What You’ll Do
- Hit the road daily to prospect schools, districts, and administrative offices.
- Conduct in-person cold visits to generate new opportunities.
- Identify and engage decision-makers (principals, office staff, district leaders) on-site.
- Deliver quick, compelling introductions of our school photography services.
- Set qualified meetings and demos for closing or leadership teams.
- Build a territory plan and execute it with urgency and consistency.
- Follow up via phone/email to convert in-person interactions into scheduled opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of visits, contacts, and pipeline activity in CRM.
- Represent the company professionally and confidently in all face-to-face interactions.

Required Experience
- 1 year in outside sales, field sales, or high-touch customer-facing roles preferred.
- Comfortable with walk-in prospecting
- Experience in education, photography, or local B2B sales is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
- Base salary commission
