We’re looking for a people-focused Human Resource Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and enjoys supporting a creative, mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees on all HR matters
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for both full-time and seasonal staff
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters
- Administering our HRIS systems, helping with time management, and payroll
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training programs
- Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of HR experience (experience in a seasonal or multi-location workforce is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with a diverse team of creative, photographers, and operations staff
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred
