OVERVIEW:
Pay Range: $60,000-$80,000 EOS
Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP-related projects while providing day-to-day help desk support for end users. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors to ensure system issues are resolved efficiently and project initiatives stay on track.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in coordinating ERP system projects, including implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate project updates and system changes to stakeholders and end users
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for ERP-related issues, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution
- Log, prioritize, and escalate support tickets as needed
- Work with users to identify system issues, document requirements, and recommend solutions
- Support system testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities
- Maintain documentation for processes, system configurations, and user guides
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system bugs and performance issues
- Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Proficient in project management platforms, including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and comparable tracking tools
- Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, Infor, Sage)
- 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new systems quickly
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
