Speech Language Pathologist

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team on patient care plans
• Delivering quality SLP services directly to patients in their homes across Somerset, PA and nearby communities
• Spending roughly 20% of your day traveling between patient locations
  
  

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 1 weekend per month
• 2 holidays per year
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Partner EMR, or EHR implementation
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Comfortable with regular local travel as part of daily responsibilities
• Pennsylvania SLP license number on hand—please include it in your application if available
