Job Description:
Company Drivers Needed:

• Pay: $28 per hour starting pay. Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit.
• Drivers typically work 50-60 hours per week. Avg. pay $1400-$1600 weekly.
• Class A CDL Driver- Company Driver
• Home Daily
• Monday-Friday. Saturdays available upon request.
• Family Owned and Operated for over 130 years
• Average Driver Tenure 11 years.

Additional Information:

• Assigned Tractor Late model Volvo Day Cabs with air ride, etc.
• No-Touch Freight Drivers do not load or unload any freight.
• All tractors equipped with Tablets for ELD, as well as, I-Pass and Pre-Pass
• 100% DOT Compliant
• Outstanding Safety Record
• Paid 1-2 Day Ride-Along training required upon job acceptance
• Paid Driver Orientation.

• 401K after 6 months of full-time service. Gertsen pays $.50 on the dollar through the first 5%.
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: $250 quarterly based on Safety, Attendance, and Maintenance.
• Vacation: 1 week after years 1 & 2, 2 weeks after years 3-6, 3 weeks after 7 years of service. Paid based on 45 hours per week.
• 7 Paid Holidays: New Years Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. Paid at 8 hours. Eligible after 30 working days of employment.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• Minimum 2 years driving experience. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Pre-Employment DOT Drug Screen and Physical required(Gertsen Pays)
• No past positive drug screens.
• Felony convictions will be reviewed.
• All MVR, PSP, DAC, and CSA Scores will be reviewed
