Compensation: $75,000-100,000 Based on experience

• Several years of experience in financial planning or advising (you’ve been in the industry long enough to know what you don’t want).
• A deep commitment to your clients’ well-being and long-term success.
• A desire to work with integrity, empathy, and purpose.
• Interest in earning advanced designations (CFP®, ChFC®, etc.) to deepen your expertise.

COMPENSATION:

We offer a base salary of $75,000-$100,000, plus a bonus potential of 12%, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, potential for career growth, and a great working environment. We feel that time away from the office is important, so our vacation policy encourages associates to take a full week every year.

St. Joseph, MO, is far enough from KC that it is not suburbia, but close enough that you can almost smell the BBQ smoke. St. Joseph has local restaurants and shops as well as major chains. Since 2010, St. Joseph has been home to training camp for the Super Bowl Champion LIV Kansas City Chiefs.
