Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:30–3:30, Friday 6:30–10:30. We are flexible with schedules when needed, so just ask.

Hand Nailer – Duties entail assembling pallets using a pneumatic nail gun
- Follow the company’s safety policies, which include wearing PPE
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have good hand-eye coordination
- Able to work with others
- Able to lift 50 lbs intermittently
- Able to work at a consistent pace
General Laborer – Duties entail stacking and sorting lumber, cleaning up work areas, feeding and off-bearing mill equipment, and helping wherever needed around the mill
- Follow the company’s safety policies, which include wearing PPE
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Able to work with others
- Able to lift 50 lbs intermittently
- Able to work at a consistent pace, on your feet, indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Willing to learn multiple jobs
Planer Operator – Duties entail setting up and running our planer/moulder to produce finished lumber and profiles to specification
- Follow the company’s safety policies, which include wearing PPE
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Mechanically inclined; able to make setup adjustments and spot quality problems
- Experience with planers, moulders, or knife setup is a plus, but we will train the right person
- Able to work with others
- Able to lift 50 lbs intermittently
Fence Builder – Duties entail building cedar fence panels, gates, and sections in our shop (this is a shop production job, not fence installation)
- Follow the company’s safety policies, which include wearing PPE
- Must be able to read a tape measure and follow drawings or a sample
- Comfortable with pneumatic nailers, saws, and basic hand tools
- Attention to detail; finished product goes straight to customers
- Able to work with others
- Able to lift 50 lbs intermittently
