Job Description
Elimination of incidents and implementation of preventive maintenance measures on plants and operating facilities.
- Execution of maintenance activities on plants and operating equipment and operational infrastructure at the site, taking into account the manufacturer's specifications according to the current classification.
- Independent processing of the assigned service orders in the area of responsibility.
- Support and implementation of relocation and/or transfer projects according to specifications
- Support / monitoring of all external companies
- Ensuring spare parts management in the service area
- Implementation of internal guidelines (5S, VMV, SOS, etc.) and legal regulations (e.g. Occupational safety) in the area of responsibility
- Participation in risk assessments in the area of responsibility
- Proactive participation in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes at the site
- Trusting and proactive cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. Production/manufacturing, quality)
Qualifications
Knowledge acquired in the context of at least 3 years of technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic) and developed by means of at least 3 years of professional experience in the production environment.
- Good knowledge of plant maintenance/equipment in the following areas:
- Assembly
- Engel Machniery
- Peripherals in the production environment
