Responsibilities

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LSCW) will diagnose and treat mental health conditions in residents in a long-term care setting. 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Education: Master of Social Work degree
• License: An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) state license
• Other: Must adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and comply with all state and federal regulations in the performance of job duties
