Location: Germantown, TN
We are seeking a passionate and skilled part-time Dance Instructor to join our team in Germantown, TN. This on-site role involves teaching a variety of dance styles while fostering a positive, encouraging, and faith-centered environment. In addition to technical instruction, the instructor will lead a brief devotional at the conclusion of each class.
As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, choreographing routines, and guiding students of varying skill levels as they develop strong technique, artistry, and confidence, all while maintaining a safe and motivating learning environment.
Current Hiring Needs- Intermediate Ballet / Pointe Instructor
Tuesdays, 4:30–6:15 PM
- Optional Additional Opportunity
Two 30-minute preschool classes between 3:00–4:00 PM (not required)
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in dance instruction and dance education
- Demonstrated teaching experience with the ability to address diverse learning styles
- Solid understanding of various dance and music styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage students
- Prior experience as a dance instructor or choreographer preferred
- Dance certification or related training is desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
