The Child Care Attendant is responsible for providing childcare services for members' children who are using the Germantown Athletic Club child care facility.

Description
The Child Care Attendant is responsible for providing childcare services for members' children who are using the Germantown Athletic Club child care facility.
Examples of Duties
- Sign children in and out following established procedures
- Attentively watch and attend to children
- Maintain clean, orderly areas, picking up as needed and sanitizing toys and equipment as instructed
- Plan and organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, playful and safe environment
- Handle complaints and comments and refer if necessary to proper management staff
- Monitor and assist children with use of bathroom facility
- Provide first aid as necessary
- Experience working with children and an understanding of good quality childcare
- Must be creative, outgoing, flexible and energetic
- Requires ability to communicate at all levels
- Requires CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain
- Experience working in a childcare center preferred
- 18 years of age or older preferred
