We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance & Grounds Person to ensure the optimal operation and appearance of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, grounds, and facilities equipment, contributing to a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Your expertise will help uphold high standards of safety, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal across our property.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs using company equipment to address issues promptly.
- Maintain grounds by landscaping, mowing, trimming, and performing general groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas attractive and safe.
- Execute painting projects including maintenance painting to preserve facility aesthetics.
- Oversee plumbing systems and perform plumbing system maintenance to prevent leaks or failures.
- Coordinate with contractors during major repairs or upgrades when necessary.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for building exterior and groundskeeping practices.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
