• Provides Occupational Therapy services, including resident screenings, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Develops and coordinates individualized resident schedules and therapy programs in collaboration with the care team.
• Documents treatment outcomes and demonstrates sound judgment in therapy planning and follow-up.
• Adheres to infection control, safety standards, and other assigned job duties.

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution
• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and assist residents, exerting 20–50 pounds occasionally, 10–20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, reach, balance, and perform medium to maximum transfer assists.
• Proficient use of hands for manipulating tools, equipment, and controls.
• Adequate visual and hearing acuity to assess resident safety and functional abilities.
