Shop Manager – German Auto Repair (Top Euro Shop in the Area)
Location: Oakville, CT
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

What You'll Do
- Oversee all daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and outstanding customer experience.
- Manage and mentor our team of service advisors and technicians.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the shop, including:
- Effective Labor Rate
- Gross Profit Margin
- Average Repair Order (ARO)
- Technician Productivity & Efficiency
- Collaborate with ownership to develop systems, processes, and growth strategies.
- Help expand the team by recruiting and onboarding an additional Service Advisor as the shop grows.
- Maintain clear communication between the front office and the shop floor.
- Help write and sell service tickets
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in an automotive service environment (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong leadership and coaching skills — able to motivate, develop, and hold the team accountable.
- Solid understanding of shop KPIs and how to meet or exceed them.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for quality and service.
