About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and organized Claims Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. This role combines insurance claims management with front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle insurance claims from start to finish while also serving as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the office. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process insurance claims related to vehicle repairs and services.
Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding estimates, approvals, and claim status.
Maintain accurate records of claims, documentation, and communications.
Follow up with insurance providers and adjusters to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner.
Guide customers through the claims process and answer questions regarding their claim or documentation requirements.
Serve as the front desk receptionist by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Schedule appointments and assist customers with intake when they arrive at the office.
Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks related to claims and office operations.
Work closely with internal staff to ensure claims and customer concerns are handled efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience working with insurance claims or in the insurance industry is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple claims, calls, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company at the front desk.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive claims, collision repair claims, or insurance claim processing.
Experience working in a front desk or customer-facing administrative role.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with insurance documentation and claims procedures.

We prefer candidates who are already local to the Dallas–Plano area or able to start as soon as possible.
