Responsibilities
- Move customer vehicles and manage vehicle flow within all areas of the auto group grounds.
- Collaborate with the service advisors to perform assigned duties and ensure shop standards are upheld
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and maintain the cleanliness of service stalls, shop, office, restrooms, and parking areas
- Respond to customer inquiries with a service-oriented attitude
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office and bathroom area on a daily routine
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
