- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure unobstructed flow within plumbing systems.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to various job sites.
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects.
- Demonstrated experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems, including remodeling projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction site safety practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction site work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.
- Handyman experience or background in remodeling is a plus for versatile project support.
