As the BDC Manager, you will lead our BDC team to drive customer engagement, increase sales opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage potential and existing customers
- Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer follow-up
- Train, mentor, and motivate BDC team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and oversee lead management processes
- Proven experience in a BDC managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and BDC technology tools
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead conversion
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
