As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring the service department operates efficiently to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Warranty administration
• Manage appointment scheduling and service desk operations
• Process work orders, service invoices, and parts orders accurately
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and inquiries
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain and update service records and customer databases
• Provide administrative support to Service Manager and team

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in software applications for processing warranty claims
