Job Summary
Germ Slayers Cleaning & Maintenance Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple locations throughout Delaware. This position is responsible for managing supervisors, ensuring service quality, supporting employee development, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily janitorial operations across multiple regions
- Supervise Area Supervisors and field leadership staff
- Conduct operational reviews and facility inspections
- Develop staffing plans and workforce strategies
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Monitor quality assurance and contract compliance
- Address customer concerns and service issues
- Manage budgets, labor utilization, and productivity
- Ensure safety and security requirements are met
- Provide leadership and direction to field teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience in janitorial, facilities, custodial, or related operations preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel throughout Delaware
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Additional Information

Pay: $54,153.92 - $65,217.63 per year
