2nd Shift Production
Location: South Sioux City, Nebraska
Gerkin Windows & Doors, a trusted manufacturer of high-performance vinyl and aluminum windows and storm doors, is growing! We’re currently hiring for our 2nd shift Production Team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble windows and storm doors using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
Handle materials, measure components, and ensure product accuracy and quality
Follow safety and production guidelines to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and perform reaching, bending, and twisting tasks
Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to read a tape measure is a plus
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Work Schedule:
Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Busy season (May – November): Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, and Friday (and occasional Saturdays) 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Overtime required during peak production
Pay & Benefits:
Starting wage: $23.00
