About the Role
We’re hiring a Loader Operator to safely and efficiently operate a front‑end loader while supporting daily aggregate operations. This role plays a key part in loading customer trucks, maintaining equipment, and keeping the site running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Safely load customer trucks and trailers using a wheel loader, ensuring proper weight distribution
- Operate a CAT 980M Wheel Loader and other site equipment as needed
- Perform routine equipment maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and inspections
- Complete accurate inspection and maintenance reports
- Assist with general plant upkeep and minor repairs
- Operate additional equipment such as skid steers, fuel trucks, water trucks, and haul trucks when required
- Follow all safety protocols and MSHA regulations
- Maintain regular in‑person attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to safely climb and descend ladders and navigate plant environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours as operational needs require
What You Bring
- Experience operating a front‑end loader safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Mechanical skills preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and team members
- Team‑oriented attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
