Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Membership Coordinator will support the membership department and report directly to the Senior Director of Membership Services. Responsible for new enrollment, processing membership forms and account management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initial intake and review of new pharmacy applications.
- Sending out new contracts via Adobe Sign
- Creating new customer profiles and managing current member profiles
- Submitting completed paperwork to wholesalers and manufacturers ensuring it is completed in a timely fashion.
- Documenting all client related tasks in client database (Halo).
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in customer service and account management.
- Excellent communication (phone) and business writing ability (email).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe and Office365.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on daily basis.
- Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
- Solid initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to perform tasks outside of normal job requirements if needed.
- Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
