Full Job Description
Seeking professional Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position in Glenside PA.
This is a full-time opportunity with a typical shift of 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm. The Call Center Representative will be a Customer Service Professional, handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center. The applicant should have experience with escalated situations.
Hourly rate will be based on experience. Specific training for scheduling procedures and product knowledge will be provided immediately upon being offered a full-time position.
Job Description
- Manage inbound and outbound calls within the Customer Service Department providing our Customers with an excellent service experience.
- Schedule service calls with Technicians for appliance repair and follow-up services
- Provide timely and accurate information to Customer inquiries regarding scheduled service calls and open issues.
- Navigate proficiently between Phone System, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Gerhards internal systems.
