Why this role mattersWe’re looking for an Operations Lead (Manufacturing Supervisor) to drive daily production and set the standard for safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a leadership role with real hands-on time—supporting fabrication, assembly, and finishing to keep lines moving and customers delighted.
Your impact- Lead and support production teams to hit safety, quality, and productivity targets every shift.
- Onboard, train, and mentor employees on equipment, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate schedules, allocate work, and manage attendance.
- Serve as the connector between leadership and the floor—ensuring clarity, alignment, and feedback.
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.
- Step in on fabrication/assembly/finishing tasks to maintain flow and minimize bottlenecks.
- Read and apply engineering drawings, work orders, and process documentation.
- Oversee equipment performance, handle basic troubleshooting, and arrange maintenance.
- Maintain precise production records and utilize ERP or shop-floor systems for tracking.
- Inspect product to specifications; detect and address defects.
- Enforce safety policies and PPE; conduct audits and mitigate hazards promptly.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant.
- Experience in manufacturing; aluminum fabrication or finishing a plus.
- Background as a supervisor or team lead.
- Mechanical aptitude and the drive to work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.
- Blueprint and work-instruction literacy; understanding of quality requirements.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills.
- Computer savvy; ERP/production tracking familiarity preferred.
- Safety-first mindset, quality focus, and continuous improvement orientation.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks during the shift.
- Willingness to adjust to production-driven schedules.

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
