This role plays a key part in helping our leadership team track opportunities, maintain relationships, and pursue projects thoughtfully and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline tracking system capturing all opportunities from early stage through close
- Produce weekly pipeline and opportunity reports for the leadership team
- Facilitate weekly 30-minute pipeline meetings with the leadership team
- Conduct market and client research to identify upcoming project opportunities
- Track and organize relationship and client contact information
- Help coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-up actions
- Analyze pipeline and pursuit data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
Experience & Background
- 3-5 years professional experience in coordination, operations, marketing, project coordination, or business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems, databases, or project management software
- Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or related industry preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience producing reports, presentations, and analytical summaries
