Your Purpose
You will provide technical coordination and support in the operating and capital expense management processes by initiating and running projects using the capital expense (CAPEX) project process, and equipment monitoring, stabilization and improvements.

Project Implementation
- Completely Responsible for Project Scope, Schedule, and BudgetUtilize Project Team's Skills for a Successful ProjectDesign of Equipment, Facilities, and ProcessesDevelop Technical Bid Packages for Equipment FabricationDevelop Technical Bid Packages for Facility and UtilitiesSelection of Equipment and Construction Companies to perform worksCoordinate with Procurement to issue Purchase Orders and ContractsWork with Operations to Modify Processes Impacted by ProjectInstallation of Equipment, Facilities, and UtilitiesCommissioning of Equipment, Facilities, and UtilitiesVerify and Report Project Function, Quality and BenefitsFinalization of Project Documentation and Drawings
CAPEX Portfolio Planning
- Coordinate with Operations on Short- and Long-Term Project NeedsOrganize Project Priorities by Criticality and Benefit CalculationsInvestigate New Technologies and Best Practices and Incorporate into Project PlansParticipate in the preparation of CAPEX Plans for Departments
Provide Technical Support for Operations
- Work closely with Routine and Improvement Facilitators on Operational ImprovementsActively involved in Safety Teams and ImprovementsTrouble Shooting of Existing Equipment and ProcessesAssist and Participate in Improvement Activities Coordination of Schedules During Outage PeriodsImplement Best PracticesAssist with the Annual Action Planning
Qualifications Required
- Four year college degree in Mechanical Engineering2 years of industrial engineering experience, which includes a basic knowledge of engineering and construction techniques used in designing and constructing projects Ability to apply engineering fundamentals to the continuous improvement efforts of CAPEX and maximize the efficiency of the overall department operationBasic Auto-Cad and layout skillsProficient in all Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project ScheduleKnowledgeable in Industrial Safety and Construction MethodsCommitted to results and leadership skills with proven ability to drive profitability in a fast-paced manufacturing businessAbility to develop and lead dynamic teamwork throughout the organizationOral and written communication skills, ability to articulate ideas, detail-oriented data collection and presentation skills are requiredAbility to travel Domestic and Overseas with flexibility regarding the frequency and duration of travel
