What We Offer- First year earnings of $116,000/year to $125,000/year DOE which includes hourly pay of $36.73 to $41.11 DOE, bi-weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime. - Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, electrical systems, and production equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics and blueprintsInstall, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenanceAssist with troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsSupport equipment reliability and continuous improvement effortsWork safely as part of a highly skilled maintenance team
- 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experienceExperience troubleshooting motors, controls, and electrical systemsAbility to read electrical drawings and schematicsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
- PLC troubleshooting experienceManufacturing, steel, paper, chemical, power generation, food processing, glass, or other industrial maintenance experienceExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsWelding or fabrication experienceExperience working with cranes, conveyors, pumps, or heavy equipment
