Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Superintendent/Principal or his/her designee, supports deliverance of educational assistance for general and special education teachers and to students in the general education setting as well as students who qualify for special education programs. Carries out a variety of student monitoring activities and performs related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Fingerprint & TB Clearance NCLB Compliance (Submit NCLB compliance - one (1) of any of the three (3) ways listed: 1.) AA degree or higher 2.) Transcripts verifying 48 units or more 3.) Documentation of Para-Educator Certificate or passing grade on a state or local Para-Educator/Instructional Aide test; Resume (Submit a current resume.)
