- Assisting with recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, including candidate coordination and communication
- Supporting onboarding activities to help create a positive and seamless new hire experience
- Partnering with the HR team on administrative and operational processes
- Collaborating with managers and team members across the organization
- Contributing to ongoing HR projects and process improvements

- Job Architecture: Supporting job description updates, role clarity initiatives, and position evaluations
- Onboarding Enhancement: Assisting with improvements to onboarding programs, materials, and overall experience
- Internship Program Development: Helping design and structure future internship programs
- Employee Experience Initiatives: Gathering feedback and supporting enhancements to HR programs and processes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Demonstrates a “roll up your sleeves” initiative to get the job done
Salary : $18 - $20
