We are seeking a Wealth Planning Associate to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from managing partners and senior advisors, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning, investment strategy, and client service.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about finance and committed to becoming a licensed financial advisor, looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, supportive, and high-growth environment.
Salary: $75$85k base, commensurate with experience, plus competitive benefits and bonuses.
This role is 100% in office 5 days/week, 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as a trusted advocate for our Financial Advisors and partners, supporting them in delivering exceptional client service
· Maintain and update financials plans and records
· Respond to client inquiries and provide general support as needed
· Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities and financial products
· Complete monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned
· Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
· Embraces change by keeping an open mind to new ideas, and readily adjusts to new or changing processes.
Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in finance, economics, business or related field
· 2 years of experience in Financial Services
· Financial Securities Licensing Required (Series 65 or equivalent)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while being professional and poised
· Team oriented mindset, eager to learn and grow with colleagues
