We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to support our Data Management team and firm leadership while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office and operational systems. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple priorities, optimize workflows, and contribute to a productive and technology-driven work environment.Salary: $65-$70K base, DOE, and technical depth This role is 100% in office 5 days/week, 8am-5pm.Responsibilities:Core Systems & Data ManagementServe as a power user of our portfolio management software, overseeing daily data reconciliation, performance reporting, and account billingEnsure accuracy and integrity across portfolio accounting and reporting systemsCRM & Workflow OptimizationMaintain and enhance Salesforce records, workflows, automations, and reportingBuild dashboards and reports to support advisors and firm leadershipIdentify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and increase efficiencyFirm Operations SupportAssist with payroll-related data coordination and technology integrationsCollaborate with vendors to ensure systems communicate accurately and reliablyAdvisor & Client Service SupportAct as a key internal resource for advisor teamsTroubleshoot operational and technology issues that impact client service and internal workflowsSpecial Projects & Growth InitiativesSupport technology migrations and platform enhancementsAssist with process improvements as the firm continues to scaleHelp evaluate and implement new fintech toolsMinimum Qualifications 3 years of experience in financial services operations, fintech, or data-related rolesComfort working across multiple technology platformsStrong attention to detail when handling financial and client dataClear and effective communicator, especially when explaining technical conceptsAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Superb written and verbal communication skillsHighly Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Orion Advisor TechSalesforce Certified Associate or Administrator credentialsExperience with data automation, systems integrations, or workflow optimizationAt Gerber Kawasaki, we foster a team approach, and as such, we have seen our employees thrive and achieve significant career growth.
