Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Collision Technician. The responsibilities include assessing vehicle damage, performing auto body repairs, including dent removals, frame alignments, and part replacements. The technician will also ensure that completed repairs meet industry standards, collaborate with team members, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Delivering quality service and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Automotive repair skills, including vehicle damage assessment, body repair, dent removal, and frame alignment
- Knowledge and experience in quality control procedures and meeting industry repair standards
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions
- Knowledge of safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in automotive collision repair is preferred
