Business Development and Marketing Coordinator - Lancaster, PA
Gerben IP is looking for a creative and resourceful marketing guru to join our growing team.
This is not a “just follow instructions” marketing role. We are looking for a self-starter to help us build a new marketing initiative from the ground up. You will be asked to contribute ideas, solve problems, and work independently.
Our firm has built a national reputation as the go-to trademark law firm through extension digitial and social marketing over the past 18 years. Our attorneys are regularly featured in national media, and we represent clients ranging from entrepreneurs and startups to private equity-backed businesses and public companies. We’ve consistently proven that a boutique law firm can compete at the highest level through creative strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
Your initial focus will be on helping us execute and expand a new outreach and market research initiative that targets in-house counsel seeking trademark assistance. The role includes:
- Conducting deep internet and market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Building and organizing targeted prospect databases
- Assisting with outreach strategy and campaign development
- Researching industries, companies, founders, and events that they frequent
- Identifying creative opportunities for engagement and visibility
- Assisting with content ideas and messaging for digital outreach and social media
Over time, there is a significant opportunity to grow this role into a broader marketing position that includes:
- Social media strategy
- Content development
- LinkedIn and Instagram marketing
