Customer Service Representative

Are you someone with an impressive administrative skillset who also has a great attitude and impeccable customer service skills? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Coraopolis, PA office who takes pride in their work, can stick to a schedule, and is looking to build their career and income by well representing Gerard Plumbing and Heating’s established local brand.

Job Duties:

• Scheduling Customer Calls.
• Purchase and organize supplies, including ordering plumbing parts.
• Answer the telephone, arrange meetings, schedule appointments, keep the office calendar, edit correspondence, as well as scheduling and coordinating staff meetings.
• Be a friendly and professional representative to customers, vendors, and other team members.
• Prepare communications such as emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

The Requirements:

• High school diploma. Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Background check required.
• Entry-level position.
• Team player who is open and willing to learn.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and email.
• Experience related to plumbing, HVAC, or other home improvement industries is a plus but not required. We are willing to teach.
