Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Job Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. As a Job Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising team members, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage project schedules using Primavera for effective time management.
• Oversee budgeting processes and construction estimating to ensure financial accountability.
• Train and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

• Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Experience with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of contracts related to construction projects.
• Familiarity with pipeline construction processes and requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and perform quality control assessments.
• Experience in supervising teams within a construction environment.
• Strong budgeting skills with an emphasis on cost management.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations related to construction sites.
