What You’ll Do
- Perform skilled construction tasks on active job sites
- Work on government & commercial construction projects
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support crews with framing, concrete, carpentry, demolition, site prep, and other skilled labor tasks
- Read and follow plans, layouts, and project requirements
- Help maintain safe, productive, high-quality job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled construction or labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
- Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments
- Team player with leadership potential
- Someone who wants to grow, not coast
Schedule
- Winter: Monday–Friday
- Summer: Monday–Thursday
(Three-day weekends hit differently after a hard week’s work.)
