Warranty Processor

We’re searching for a Warranty Processor who is motivated to excel and serious about a true career in the automotive industry! The Gerald Auto Group has an opening in the Matteson Auto Mall for our newly remodeled Kia location.
Job Responsibilities
- Submit claims and ensure proper payment is received
- Post warranty payments and make accounting adjustments as required
- Rental fleet management
- Extended service contract and maintenance claim submission
- Complete assigned tasks in accordance with Warranty Policies and Procedures
- Ensure proper compliance measures are followed
- Other Warranty Department duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
Dealership office or service experience preferred. Training will be provided to ensure success. Must have advanced communication and organizational skills.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.

- Pay range for this position: $42,000 - $50,000
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
