Gerald Industries, A DEMA Company, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Gerald, Missouri.

Every order that leaves our facility represents our commitment to quality and customer service. As a Shipping Specialist, you'll play an important role in making sure our customers receive the right products - accurately, safely, and on time.
What You'll Do
As a Shipping Specialist, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by:
- Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Reviewing customer order requirements to ensure shipments are complete and accurate
- Creating and verifying shipping documents, Bills of Lading, labels, and other required paperwork
- Using RF scanners and shipping software to process inventory and customer orders
- Pulling and counting inventory accurately from warehouse locations
- Loading and unloading materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, and/or other material handling equipment
- Inspecting shipments before they leave the facility to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records
- Identifying inventory discrepancies and communicating issues promptly
- Working closely with production and customer service teams to meet shipping schedules
- Keeping the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Shipping, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus
- Forklift certification preferred, but we'll train qualified candidates
- Basic computer skills and experience using shipping software or barcode scanners are helpful

Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse position. You'll regularly:
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Bend, reach, kneel, climb stairs or ladders, and perform other physical warehouse activities
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment while wearing required PPE
