What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Manager position at GERALD GIEL GARAGE DOORS?
Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all prospective Giel Garage Door (GGD) customers via incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers from start to finish
Qualify GGD prospects on phone utilizing proper needs assessment techniques and upfront contracts
Manage and maintain all outgoing communication relative to online lead requests via Angie’s List, Facebook, Podium and Google, etc.
Maintain all GGD KPI sales tracking sheets and docs through GSuite daily
Assist in all the GGD accounts receivable activities daily, e.g., collections, payment processing, invoicing, etc.
Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies
Maintain all platforms of social media including creative content generation which is required on a weekly basis
Assist in the maintenance of minor changes to GGD website
Assist in team event building and planning
Assist with various administrative tasks
Manage phone systems and answering service software
Assist with various marketing initiatives e.g., creative, digital, print, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
