Duties
- Assist with excavation tasks including digging, trenching, and site clearing
- Operate basic tools and equipment (roller, haul truck etc.) under supervision
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Support team members in preparing work sites and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Experience
- Prior experience in excavation or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
