Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Assist patients by gathering necessary information using clear communication and active listening skills
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointment scheduling, and insurance procedures
- Enter patient data efficiently into electronic health record systems with attention to detail and accuracy
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to confirm appointments and relay important messages or updates

Qualifications
